Tara was fabulous! I actually came back to my office and told my director that was the best management program I had ever attended. I learned a great deal

I so appreciated the opportunity to participate in the Management Development Program. You do a fine job in the way you present, in the organization of your materials, and in your very supportive mentoring activities for participants. The fact that the program seemed to fly by is a tribute to your solid program and leadership skills. I hope to be able to participate again and I have spoken to a couple of managers here about the program I attended.

Lynne HR Director

Tara, what a gift you are to others. I appreciated greatly your deep listening to where the team is at, my awareness of my leadership and its impact and the journey we are on. You designed the right focus and an experience that mattered. You created conditions of support and the opportunity for each of us in a loving, compassionate way to observe ourselves. You know your material, sense the group, and adapt and shift as needed. You bring your own unique presence. You met us where we were and found the right stretch.
